Town Planning Applications and Drawings in Melbourne

A planning permit is often the biggest hurdle in a project. Our applications are thorough, clear and built to get approved. We handle everything from the site analysis to the council’s requests for further information.

What’s included

  • Detailed site analysis and neighbourhood context plans that go beyond council requirements.
  • Full-colour town planning drawings with 3D perspectives, modelled in ArchiCAD.
  • A town planning report written by a qualified town planner (Clause 54/55 assessment where needed).
  • Shadow diagrams, elevations, landscape concepts and other supporting plans.
  • Lodgement, liaison with the council planner, and responses to Requests for Further Information (RFIs).
